27.06.2026SteveItem delivered was not the correct size or a very small size 12, took my order back to store and they have been unable to refund the postage or protection cover so now over £10+ down. I’d originally gone into a store to purchase and they didn’t have my size in stock so was advised to shop online. I will now be raising a complaint on Monday and will also be flagging this with trading standards as the least the the store should of been able to refund is the full purchase price minus the postage (although any other retailer on the high street would have refunded that as well!) I will be taking this as far as I can and will also be letting friends and colleagues know about my experience and I certainly won’t be any hurry to shop at Schulz again at Ainu point in the immediate future.
